With 132 m² of living space, up to 7 guests have plenty of room to arrive, spend time together and unwind. The Swiss pine interior creates a warm, natural atmosphere and adds to the chalet's cosy feel.

How many people can stay at the chalet?
The alpine chalet accommodates up to 7 people and is especially suitable for families, couples, small groups and alpine sports guests. A cross-country ski trail runs only around 50 metres from the house, and the surrounding ski areas are easy to reach.
What facilities does the chalet offer?
Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna, fitness area, fireplace, ski waxing room, washing machine, tumble dryer, balcony with gas barbecue, terrace and garden.
Are parking spaces and an electric car charging point available?
Yes, covered private parking spaces in the carport are available with direct access to the accommodation. There is also a chargeable electric car charging station.

Where is the chalet located?
The chalet is quietly located in the Leutasch Valley in Tyrol, in the Seefeld region, in the small district of Puitbach. Around 100 metres away there is a small stream that is ideal for cooling off in summer. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and a stop for bus line 431 are directly accessible.
Are pets allowed and is the house non-smoking?
Pets are allowed for a fee. Please mention this directly with your enquiry or booking. The chalet is a non-smoking accommodation.
