The alpine chalet is located in a beautifully quiet part of the Leutasch Valley, around 25 km from Innsbruck and only a short drive from the Bavarian border. Various cross-country skiing and hiking routes start just 100 metres from the house.
The nearest ski areas in Seefeld or Mittenwald can be reached in around 15 to 20 minutes by car. Restaurants, supermarket, bank, sports shops, the Alpenbad pool, ice rink and riding school are all close by.
